The Hotel Association of NYC (HANYC) Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Hotel Association of NYC, is embarking on an ambitious enterprise to directly address the most pressing challenges facing our city – public safety, sanitation, and immigration- while championing the future of hospitality in New York. Our vision includes fostering powerful partnerships and launching innovative programs to ensure that New York remains the world’s premiere destination.

Our Goals

Public Safety

Invests in programs that strengthen partnerships between hotels and local law enforcement to promote safe and welcoming environments for guests, workers, and surrounding communities.

    Sanitation

    Support initiatives that improve cleanliness and waste management in and around hotels, enhancing the overall guest experience while contributing to a healthier city.

      Immigration

      Provide resources and partnerships that assist immigrant workers in the hospitality industry, ensuring access to workforce development, legal guidance, and community support.
